It offers a blend of modern techniques and ancient practices, and together we reset your nervous system, connect to your breath, body, and your True self.
Activities: inner work, coaching, breathwork, hypnotherapy, shamanic journeying, somatic practices, sound healing, energy work, cacao, dharma exploration, and ancient practices.

The Verde Path is a 6-8 session journey, with each session lasting 90 minutes. Sessions can be held weekly or bi-weekly and are personalised to you following an initial discovery call.
Each journey is held with intention and care, guided by a simple framework:
Awareness
Understanding who and where you are now, and bringing unconscious patterns into awareness.
Exploration
Exploring your breath, body, emotions, and sense of purpose through selected modalities.
Action
Integrating supportive habits and rituals into daily life.
Between sessions, you’ll receive reflection prompts, embodiment practices, and personalised tools to keep your transformation grounded in reality.
