The Verde Reset is a 3-6 month tailored journey designed for the modern life yet rooted in timeless wisdom. Through a blend of nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective coaching, we work together to reset your nervous system, connect to your breath, body, purpose, and your True self. Each session is designed to meet the modern soul where it is, create a space to slow down, release old patterns and rebuild from the inside out.

Activities: inner work, coaching, breathwork, rebirthing, hypnotherapy, shamanic journeying, yoga, somatic practices, sound healing, guided visualisations, energy clearing, detox, hapeh, cacao, family constellation, dharma exploration, and ancient practices.

The Verde Reset is a personalised 6, 9, or 12 session journey, designed around you and your needs. Your path is shaped after an initial discovery call and held with care, clarity, and intention.

Each journey follows a simple, grounded framework;

Awareness
Understanding where you are right now and bringing unconscious patterns into awareness.

Exploration
Exploring breath, body, emotions, and purpose through carefully chosen modalities.

Action
Integrating supportive habits, rituals, and practices into everyday life.

Between sessions, you’ll receive reflection prompts, embodiment practices, and personalised tools to help anchor the work into your real, lived world.

This is more than a program, it’s a reset for your body, mind, and soul.

6, 9 or 12 x 90 minute sessions

3 breathwork sessions, including 1 breakthrough

At least 2 personalised sessions with other specialists e.g. hypnotherapy, family constellation
